Kenmare Commons was established in 1991 to provide a residential community in a convenient location to enhance a friendly neighborhood. There are 64 single family attached homes within three cul-de-sacs and a connecting main drive with sidewalk.

The Directory of the Homeowners has certain forms and frequently observed infractions discussed. Please review for up to date information on paint colors required, the form to submit if any exterior work, landscaping is to be done. Prior approval is required.

Annual dues payment are billed December 1st with due date of payment Dec. 31st.

We are looking for residents interested in serving on your Association board of directors. If interested please contact Vice-President Dottie Feazell. Her email address is listed under Board Of Directors. There are four meetings per year. Your input is welcome.
Most common violations at present:
Parking vehicles on the street for extended periods of time instead of in driveway or garage. See Board Resolution under navigation bar above.
All dogs must be on a leash at all times and excrement must be picked up.
Building and landscaping maintenance including mold removal, wood rot repair, painting, over grown bushes and vines and gutters/roofs with excess leaves. Please maintain property on regular basis.
Day for mowing is Thursday weather permitting. Blade Runners and Lawn Care is the vendor that takes care of Kenmare Commons members lawns and common grounds.
